User Agreement & Service Terms

By accessing and using OSP (Online Student Portal), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you represent an educational institution, you represent that you have authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of the institution. Your continued use of OSP constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with any provision, you must immediately cease using the service.
OSP is a comprehensive education management platform providing schools, colleges, and universities with:
Eligibility Requirements:
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials and all activities under your account. Notify OSP immediately of unauthorized access. OSP is not liable for unauthorized use resulting from your negligence.

Subscription Plans: OSP offers per-student annual, multi-year, and lifetime institutional licenses as outlined on our pricing page.
Billing & Payment:
Cancellation: Subscriptions must be cancelled prior to renewal date. See Refund Policy for details on refunds and cancellation procedures.
OSP Platform: All platform code, design, features, and functionality are owned by OSP and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use OSP for authorized purposes only.
Your Data: You retain ownership of student data and institutional content. By using OSP, you grant OSP a limited license to store, process, and backup your data to provide services. OSP does not sell or commercialize your data.
Restrictions: You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive OSP's source code or algorithms. Unauthorized copying or modification of OSP is prohibited.
Disclaimer: OSP is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. OSP does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific results.
Limitation: OSP's total liability for any claims arising from this agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim. OSP is not liable for:
Uptime Commitment: OSP targets 99.5% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance and force majeure events. Planned maintenance is typically scheduled during off-peak hours with advance notice.
Scheduled Maintenance: OSP reserves the right to perform system maintenance with 48 hours notice. Emergency maintenance may be performed without notice if necessary for security or critical operations.
Service Credits: Excessive downtime may entitle customers to service credits. Contact OSP support for specific details based on your subscription plan.
OSP maintains automated daily backups of institutional data with disaster recovery protocols. However, users should maintain independent backups of critical data. While OSP implements industry-standard security, we cannot guarantee against all data loss scenarios. Users are responsible for backing up data they consider critical.
Termination by User: You may cancel your subscription at any time subject to the Refund Policy.
Termination by OSP: OSP may suspend or terminate access if:
Upon termination, data access is disabled. Data retention follows the Privacy Policy.
OSP reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue features at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via email with reasonable advance notice. Your continued use following changes constitutes acceptance of modifications. Major feature discontinuations in paid plans will be announced 30+ days in advance.
OSP integrates with third-party services (payment gateways, video conferencing, storage providers). OSP is not responsible for third-party service performance, security, or availability. You agree to comply with third-party terms of service. Any disputes with third-party providers should be addressed directly with them.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OSP, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of OSP; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or regulation; (d) your content or data uploaded to OSP; (e) your infringement of others' intellectual property rights.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to Pakistan's jurisdiction.
Dispute Process: Before legal action, parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, formal arbitration or litigation may proceed.

OSP reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Major modifications will be communicated to users via email. Continued use of OSP following changes constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
